Marx's related discourse about distributive justice is a kind of critical thought, which is embodied in Marx's late work "Critique of Gotha Programme".Based on this, the paper selects the classical text "Critique of the Gotha Programme" in order to explore Marx's critical theory of “distributive justice” by returning to the original. The paper contains four parts:The first part is the introduction part of the article, mainly expounding the theoretical background and practical significance of the study of Marx's critical theory of distributive justice. The status quo and existing problems of domestic and foreign research are reviewed, and the methods, innovations and ideas of the paper are presented. The second part first defines the important concept of "distributive justice" in a broad and narrow sense. At the same time,he expounded Marx's thought exploration process of distribution justice.Since this article is based on the critical perspective of Marx's discourse on distributive justice, this article then demonstrates the concrete concept of “criticism” in philosophical meaning, and then summarizes “critique” as a“clarification of premise” and "Define the limits" of philosophical activities. At the same time,it is concluded that Marx's concept of “criticism” not only clarifies the premise and draws a clear line, but also forms a “critique” meaning with its own ideological characteristics on the basis of inheriting Hegel's dialectics. The article then elaborates why Marx's discourse on distributive justice is a kind of critical thought to elicit the following theme: Marx's discourse on distributive justice is a kind of criticism of distributive justice, and its greatest feature is ‘critical'.The last part of the second part returns to the specific text of the “Critique of the Gotha Programme” to prove the critical nature of Marx's idea of distributive justice, and by discussing Marx's “Critique of the Gotha Programme” to La Salle's self-righteousness of the labor decision. The four types of just opportunist criticisms of "extraordinary labor income," "distributivedeterminism," and "iron wage discipline," and Marx's criticism of the underlying causes of these unjust ideas, point out that The root of the realization of distributional justice lies in the replacement of capitalist private ownership with socialist public ownership. The third part mainly writes the specific content of Marx's criticism of distributive justice in the "criticism of Gotha program".In the article,Marx divided communism into two stages: the initial stage of communism and the advanced stage of communism.Correspondingly, there are two distribution methods: "distribution according to work" and "distribution on demand." When discussing the "justice according to work" justice problem,it first analyzes the objective inevitability of its existence, but also argues that "distribution according to work" is actually a distribution of justice through its manifestations such as scale, subject, object and principle of legal rights.Transitional approach. When discussing the issue of "distribution on demand",the theoretical origins lead to the specific content of the distribution method and the conditions for its implementation, and the dialectical relationship between it and "distribution according to work" is analyzed. Finally, the ultimate goal of Marx's critical thinking on distributive justice is that communism distributes ideals, and the distribution method that is implemented is “all do what they can and distribute according to need” in the advanced stage of communism. At the same time,it points out the realization of the unrealistic ideal of the distribution of communism: the constraints of the level of productivity, and the ultimate destination of Marx's distributive justice: the free and comprehensive development of human beings. The fourth part expounds the contemporary value of Marx's critical theory of distributive justice in our country. The elaboration of contemporary values includes two parts: First,it discusses the practicality and critical theoretical value of Marx's critical theory of distributive justice, and secondly,it discusses the guiding value of Marx's critical thinking of distributive justice on the practice of distribution in China.
