Research On The Construction Of Rural Three-Dimensional Power Structure Mode Under The New Situation

Since the founding of new China,the ever-changing village-level organization system has promoted the great changes in the rural power structure,accompanied by these changes,and the interweaving of various rights and powers within the village.Based on the theory of "state-society",this thesis tries to demonstrate two problems:whether the rural three-dimensional power structure pattern is formed and took effect;whether it has the possibility or value of promoting.In the view of this,the thesis is divided into nine parts:the introduction,consisting of the background and significance of the topic,research methods,domestic and foreign research status,innovation and shorts,mainly explains the importance and feasibility of this research.The first chapter mainly is a definition of concept and an analysis of theory,which carries on interpreting separately the concept of the power,the power structure and the rural power structure,explaining the background of the "new situation",defining in detail the three-dimensional power.structure of the "village-level political mass organizations",and summarizing the domestic and foreign theoretical studies on rural power structure.The second chapter combs the historical process of the development of the rural power structure after the founding of the People's Republic of China.It is divided into three stages according to the time period:the unit structure period,the dual structure period and the three-dimensional power structure period,and re-examines the situation of the rural power structure in different historical periods.The third chapter summarizes the characteristics of the three-dimensional power structure mode in the new situation,especially the influence of this background on the characteristics of rural three-dimensional power structure in the new situation.The fourth chapter analyzes the role of rural three-dimensional power structure mode in the new situation,including analysis from different perspectives of state,society,villagers and village governance.The fifth chapter takes the example of L village in Q township in Hubei Province to analyze the context and current situation of operating three-dimensional power structure mode,in particular,the impact of the implementation of the policy on the three-dimensional power structure in rural areas after the full implementation of the village party secretary,the village committee director interdependence(hereinafter referred to as " Pick on one shoulder" policy)Policy taken by the Hubei provincial government,in order to effectively demonstrate whether the three-dimensional power structure is effective.In the sixth chapter,through the relevant research on L village,we deeply analyze the existing problems of the three-dimensional power structure mode in rural areas so that we can analyze the rural power structure in depth.Chapter VII is mainly to propose a solution to the problem.The last chapter,the conclusion,tends to answer the two issues demonstrated in this paper through the analysis of L village.
