The impact of crisis events include physical and social effects,in which social psychological effects is a form of social infulence..Expanding the scope of the victims,the crisis will not only affect direct victim,but also indirect victim with the spread of crisis information it is a process of radioactive diffusion to amplify the social risk.Why thousands of miles away from the indirect victim will be affected by the occurrence of crisis? Some ciris can be suppressed quickly,while some crisis diffused constantly even surging new crisis.Different crisis have different impact of public security.How to define the function of government,media and individuals in the spread of the crisis ?Based on the study of public security,we divided the structural of public security into the sense of control,belonging and security needs.Reviewing literature,I extracted4 key variables of public security,such as incident factor,coping factors,transmission factor and group factors.Specifically,the incident factor includes place,the number of deaths,the loss of property and the scope of influencing;coping factor includes timeliness,emergency capacity and postponement;the transmission factor covers the number of reports,the accuracy of reporting and the existence of rumors;Group factor includes group emotion,search behavior and expression.Thus,we have established a four-dimensional theoretical model of influencing factors of public security.The data mainly comes from the network,including Baidu search index,webpages,forums and Sina weibo.The variables of incident,coping,transmission,group and public security are transformed into quantitative data based on content analysis and self-made emotional dictionary.Using Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA)to explore the necessary and sufficient conditions for public security deficiency.The result shows that large-scale influence,untimely response,existence of rumors and negative emotiom are necessary conditions induce public security deficiency.Among all the influencing factors,the transmission factor is the most persuasive to the public security,followed by the incident factor,the group factor and the coping factor respectively.Finally,the recovery of public security depends on the cooperation of government,media and public mass to establish psychological crisis management mechanism.
