With the rapid development of Internet technology and mobile Internet,the media convergence of traditional media and new media is speedy.Financial media has become the new trend of media communication,and the main ways of sentiment expression.The rise of social media not only allows users to express their views,attitudes,emotions and other subjective information freely,but also accelerates the spread of a variety of information.What's more,the formation and dissemination of network public opinion also urge the relevant departments to address the practical problems.In recent years,the number of network group events has risen sharply,causing a huge public response in Internet users.If the negative public opinion is not controlled and guided,public opinion will be very easy to extreme,and even endanger social security and stability.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the public opinion in financial media environment,and provide appropriate theoretical supports and countermeasures for the government to effectively respond to the network public opinion events.This paper takes the Shanghai Stampede Event and the Shenzhen Landslide Event as examples,collects event-related microblogging data by the web crawler tools.And analyzes the public opinion communication process,characteristics and government response in financial media environment.On the basis of the government response analysis of the Shanghai Stampede Event and the Shenzhen Landslide Event,this paper summarizes the successful experience and reflect on the existing problems.Finally,some suggestions for the government and relevant departments to effectively guide and respond to the network public opinion has been put forward.First of all,improving the density and intensity of the press release,to carry out sustained follow-up reports on public opinion events.Second,innovating the propaganda guide concept and improving news coverage.Third,accident handing and public opinion should be combined.Fourth,improving the participation of senior government officials in the handing of incidents.This paper not only researched the Internet users behaviors and communication characteristics in financial media environment from the theoretical study,but also summarized the characteristics of network public opinion communication and compared the government response process by case study.The research results of this paper can provide analysis and decision basis for the supervision and control of the network public opinion communication.
