The Research On Government Wechat Service Of Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment In H City

Since 2013,the government WeChat has become a new way for the party and government departments to issue information,provide services,communicate and guide public opinions.It plays an important role in promoting government transformation and building a service-oriented government.In this case,"Heze traffic police" government WeChat should be born,becoming a new channel for Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment in H City to explore the authority of the government information and interact with the public more timely and more convenient.But how can we achieve better development and form a long-term development mechanism?Based on the new public service of Denhardt couples,this paper studies and analyzes the problems and causes of the WeChat operation of H City's Public Security Bureau Detachment and actively finds out the effective countermeasures.First of all,this article combines the current situation of "Heze traffic police" government affairs WeChat service and analyzes the problems in the operation and providing service of government WeChat,which mainly elaborates from six aspects,that is,the information delivery time is not within the best time,the content lacks of appeal,awareness and user viscosity is not high,the operation team is weak,the collaboration between the departments is weak and part of the service functions are to be improved.Secondly,aiming at the problems existing in the WeChat of "Heze traffic police",this paper focuses on the application of the new public service theory,which are attaching importance to service,fitting public interest,paying attention to democratic participation,and diversifying the concept of responsibility to analyze the causes of these problems,including the weakness of government WeChat service function,the deviation from the public interest,the low frequency of the interaction between the government WeChat and the citizen,the lack of relevant legal norms and the sound management system and the ignorance of the role of people.Finally,after the comprehensive analysis and consideration of the reasons,the writer puts forward effective countermeasures to solve the problems,that is to establish a service concept to make clear the functions of government service,establish the service object of taking the public interest as the leading role,improve citizen participation,establish and improve the relevant responsibility mechanism,pay attention to the role of people in the organization.This paper mainly uses the method of literature analysis and questionnaire.With the help of the new public service theory and the present situation of the government WeChat of Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Detachment in H City,the paper studies its problems and the internal causes of the problems and it is committed to the study of how to maximize the H City Traffic Police detachment of the role of government WeChat to form a long-term development of a good operating mechanism.
