A Research On The Construction Of The Traffic Police's Public Service Image By Government WeChat

With the rapid development of Internet technology,the speed of e-government service on-line in China has also been quicker.As an important platform for government departments to work on the Internet,government WeChat can not only significantly improve the level of public services and management efficiency of administrative departments,but also shorten the distance between government departments and the public,and enhance communication between the two sides.Media image is the reproduction of image and the production of ideology,and the successful creation of media image means great economic and political benefits.In the process of serving the people through government WeChat,the administrative organs are also building their own media image.This is a paper on the subject of "A Research On the Construction of the Traffic Police' s Public Service Image by Government WeChat",based on he new public service theory and framework theory,focusing on the construction of the traffic police's public service image represented by the government WeChat new media represented by "Wuhan traffic police".Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant situation of government WeChat,mainly on the history,characteristics and functions of government WeChat.Then,it analyzes the relationship between traffic police image and media communication that is mainly studied from two aspects,namely,the relationship between the construction of traffic police image and media communication,and the construction of traffic policeman's image from the perspective of government WeChat,comparing the difference between government Wechat and traditional media We on image building of traffic police.Thirdly,with the "Wuhan traffic police" government WeChat as a sample,focusing on the analysis of the construction of government WeChat traffic police service image.Finally,the shortcomings of the government WeChat in the construction of the traffic police image are pointed out,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.Based on new public service theory,the author suggests that government WeChat should standardize the management system and improve the emergency mechanism,improve its supporting construction and create professional teams,clarify its positioning,establish service brand.Through the above strategy,we hope to establish a standardized and perfect government WeChat operation system,create a good media image of traffic police and improve the credibility of the government department.
