Israel is a young immigrant country, and immigrants are an important national resource for Israel. From the convening of the first Zionist congress in 1897 to the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948,the Zionists realized their political aspirations in just 50 years.During this period, immigration has become an important way to achieve the restoration of the country, through the settlement of the population to create a fait accompli, supplemented by diplomatic means. After its founding,Israel faced a "living" environment distress:,on the one hand, the need to accept more than 200,000 refugees from Europe; On the other hand, the siege of the surrounded Arab countries was threatening their survival. In spite of this, the Israeli government has basically adopted the immigration management mode during the Iraqi Hough,large-scale absorption of immigrants, the development of agricultural settlements, through the population decentralization strategy to safeguard national sovereignty. As the number of immigrants has exceeded the capacity of the Israeli economy, the government has made corresponding adjustments to the immigration policy, paying attention to the development of agriculture and the placement of Jewish immigrants. At the same time, based on the different cultural backgrounds of immigrants, the government adopts the assimilation policy to promote the integration of Jewish society. After nearly 20 years of practice, the third Middle East war before the Israeli immigration policy formed a distinctive feature, through legislative means, emphasizing the Jewish nature of immigrants,to maintain the Jewish state of the Israeli state.Israel's relaxed political environment has also constrained immigration policy by political party politics and the further implementation of immigration policy, which in turn has exacerbated the political division of Israel.Israel's immigration policy protected the smooth resettlement of immigrants, preserved Israel's national sovereignty, promoted Israeli economic development, and provided a material basis for safeguarding national survival.
