The Dilemmas And Countermeasures Of The European Refugee Crisis

Since 2015,with the deterioration of the situation in Middle East and North Africa,the international refugee problem gradually developed into the most serious refugee crisis after the Second World War,the crisis concentrated in Europe,so it is also known as the European refugee crisis.The occurrence of this crisis has its profound realistic background,Europe,the United States and other big countries interfere the internal affairs of countries in the Middle East and the North African for a long time which leads to extreme turmoil in the relevant areas,so a large number of people are hard to survive and forced to flee away.For the reasons of economic,political and geographical,most refugee flee to the Europe,under the persistent impact of the refugees,the economic,political,social and external relations of the Europe have suffered a great deal of negative influence.However,Europe has encountered many dilemmas in resolving the refugee crisis,which making its efforts ineffective.The dilemmas faced by Europe can be understood at three levels.First of all,on the international political level,the dilemmas faced by Europe is mainly because of the profitability of the Europe and the United States'long-term strategy in the Middle East and North Africa,which leads to its difficult to fundamentally solve the refugee crisis;secondly,in terms of values,the dilemmas come from the differences between the humanitarian values in Europe and practice under the impact of the refugee wave;Finally,on the European governance level,the dilemma comes from the failure of a set of refugee governance system which forms in the process of dealing with the refugee crisis under the impact of the refugee wave.The crisis is not only a difficult problem for Europe,but a serious challenge for the international community.It is impossible to resolve the crisis only by Europe.All members of the international community must unite closely to find a countermeasure to the crisis.The countries outside Europe should also assume the international responsibility.This paper focuses on analyzing the dilemma faced by Europe in dealing with the refugee crisis and tries to find a possible solution to the refugee crisis in Europe so as to provide a new way to solve the international refugee problem.
