The Study On Europe's Governance Of The Current Refugee Crisis

Under the influence of Arab Spring,Syrian civil war,ISIS,etc.Security situation and social order of the North Africa and Middle East region are getting worse these years.In the summer of 2015,a large number of refugees rushed into Europe,formed the largest refugee crisis since the end of World War ?.The undergoing refugee crisis torn apart European society,made an impact on EU's Common European Asylum System and provoked the rise of right-wing forces in Europe.In response,the Schengen Agreement and the Dublin Convention are temporarily suspended.Divisions among EU member states directly influenced EU's international image and the process of European integration.How to solve the crisis?How to build an effective new asylum system?How to prevent the crisis from happening again?Those are questions that have good research value and practical significance.Through the gather and analysis of the newest documents and statistics,this paper started with the emerge of the refugee crisis,analyzed the causes of the crisis,the structure of the refugees and the influences of the crisis.On this basis,systematically combed international and EU,s migration governance mechanism,summarized the measures taken by all parties and its results,came up with the challenges and trends of Europe's future refugee governance.Through the research,the author thinks that the existing governance methods set by the Dublin Regulations are no longer working,EU needs to rethink and reform its system so that it can check erroneous ideas at the outset and achieve better refugee governance result in the future.
