In order to regulate the healthy and orderly development of cross-border e-commerce market,the purification of cross-border e-commerce legal environment,on the basis of access to relevant literature on the comparative analysis of similarities and differences between domestic and cross-border e-commerce,improve our level of international cross-border e-commerce legislation.This paper is divided into five parts.First,the introduction part introduces the research status of the current cross-border e-commerce theory,including the legislative principles of cross-border e-commerce,and related tax policies,theoretical perspectives of cross-border introduce third-party payment.Secondly,the concept of cross-border e-commerce,analyzes the present situation of cross-border e-commerce development presents the main problems,according to cross-border e-commerce and the future development trends and policy-oriented,cross-border e-commerce of proposed legislation the basic ideas and principles.The fourth part as well as the fifth part is the focus of this article,both put forward reasonable proposals international legislation concerning cross-border e-commerce legal and regulatory system and legal system construction,but also for our response to the challenges of cross-border e-commerce development and maintenance of our national interests We need to put forward recommendations to strengthen the supervision of cross-border e-commerce legal system and legal system construction.The fourth part presents the specific operation of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border tax laws and regulation of third-party payment,the fifth part of the analysis undertaken and cross-border e-commerce ODR dispute settlement mechanism in the legal liability of cross-border e-commerce specific application.
