According to iResearch,China's total cross-border e-commerce volume of imports and exports reached 6.3 trillion RMB in 2016,accounting for 8.4%of the total GDP of the year.By 2018,China's total import and export cross-scale is expected to reach 8.8 trillion RMB.The rapid growth of cross-border electronic import and export business has greatly promoted the rapid development of China's economy,but also exposed many problems.Through comparative analysis of three different types of cross-border e-commerce including the Amazon China,Alibaba Tmall International and Ymatou,this paper analyzes the related legal problems faced regarding consumer protection in cross-border electronic commerce,which mainly includes the lack of protection of rights and interests in following aspects:consumer's right to know,privacy right,fair trade right,and right of compensation.And analysis the reason of this phenomenon,Finally,through visiting the cross-border electricity quotient of "Your World",which is ranked number one trade volume of Shandong Province in 2016 and combining with current situation of consumers' rights and interests protection of the above three types of cross-border electronic business platform,the author puts forward rationalization proposals as to how to better protect the interests of consumers on cross-border e-commerce platform from four angels including government,cross-border e-commerce platform itself,businessmen,as well as consumer personal.
