Study On The Cultural Construction Of The Communist Party Of China In The Period Of All-round Socialist Construction

1956-1966,the decade of socialist construction in an all-round way is an important historical period in the course of the development of socialist culture in China.This period is a critical period,which not only inherited and absorbed the experience of the party's cultural construction in the past twenty years and the new democratic period,but also laid a theoretical and practical basis for the construction of socialist culture with in the new period.During this period,the Chinese Communist Party led the Chinese people to start a large-scale cultural construction,to determine the socialist direction of cultural construction,put forward many significant cultural ideas,developed a series of principles and policies for the development of socialist culture,initially created a new China's socialist cultural stage of prosperity.At the same time,there are some deviations and mistakes in the cultural work,which has caused some negative effects.Systematically study and comb the development of socialist culture construction and its policies from 1956 to 1966,explores the characteristics and laws of the development of Chinese culture in the past ten years,analyzes and reconsiders the causes of the twists and turns of cultural construction in this period,on the basis of experience and lessons learned,has important academic value and practical significance.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part elaborates the historical background and theoretical foundation of the culture construction in the period of all-round socialist construction.The second part discusses the party during this period the construction of culture of the basic principles and specific policies,and clarified the main idea connotation and function of the of party's proposal on sticking to Marxism as a guide,“all flowers bloom togethe and all schools of thoughts contend together” and “ancient forms serve modern,foreign things serve China,innovation”,and a series of specific policies.The third part mainly combs the development of the cultural construction of the socialist period,and divides the cultural construction of this period into five stages: the beginning of the socialist cultural construction,the anti-rightist struggle in the cultural field,cultural construction in the "Great Leap Forward",cultural front comprehensive adjustment and cultural construction is repeated and begins to turn left.The fourth part analyzes the characteristics of the cultural construction during this period,namely the development of cultural construction in twists and turns,the politicized tendency of cultural construction,revolutionary thoughts always affects the culture construction.The fifth part is the evaluation of the party's cultural construction in this period,and illustrates the experience and lessons of the party's construction of the cultural enlightenment to today's cultural construction.
