Research On Social Security For The Only-child Loss Families In Rural Areas

The Only-Child policy plays a important role as an national policy in China,and it already applied for nearly forty years,it works well on controlling the growth rate of population and also improve the people's economy development.However this policy also generate some problems,including the scale of the only-child loss families are increased more and more fast,also the only-child loss families live under high pressures from many aspects,such as life,society,the weakness of social resources.In another hand,the social security system is imperfect and more difficult on some degree.Therefore,the author try to understand this problem from the literature view research and relevant resource of the research object,in order to obtain perceptual knowledge,more specifically,understanding the rural the only-child loss families background,establishing the social security policy develop process,the details and the final implementation.Moreover,the author sent questionnaires to the rural only-child loss families in Yiyang of Hunan province,and did semi-structured interviews in 4 typical families,the purpose of doing this was to directly understand the current situation of the rural only-child loss families,it was related to their needs and the problem of social security.Through on-the-spot investigation and research,it shows that the social security problems of those families from different fields,such as policy,economy,medical treatment,community,individual and multiple layers to analyze problems,and summarize reasons from the multi-level such as policy,economy and society.Then combined the requirements of rural loss of one child households and the issues of social security.It needs to clearly claim that the government should take charge of the main responsibility,and improve the level of medical system on serious way.In addition,completing the rural social assistance mechanism,highly understand the significant of pension security,providing spiritual consolation service guarantee,improving the function of social service organization.To summarize,these solutions mentioned above are correctly way to resolve the problems.
