| The "three rural issues" has always been one of the central government’s key tasks.In recent years,with the vigorous investment of the state,China has initially established a social security system in rural areas.With the continuous increase of the elderly population in China,the issue of old-age care is also called a new challenge.With the construction of China’s market economy and the rapid progress of the urbanization process,the old-age security system in urban areas is basically complete,but the current old-age security system in rural areas is still fragile.As a vulnerable group,the one-child families in rural areas are facing very difficult pension problems.severe.This study takes this as an entry point,taking the rural area of Shunde District of Foshan City as an example to study the endowment security of the rural single-child families in this area,with the aim of finding effective countermeasures suitable for the local rural one-child family pension security;To understand the actual situation of the old-age security of rural single-child families in the region,this survey used a completely random and cluster sampling method to conduct household surveys on some single-child families;the results of the survey showed that:only-child families in rural areas of Shunde District,Foshan City The age of the parents is mainly concentrated in the 51-55 and 56-60 years old.The income of these one-child families comes mainly from land.34.9%of the family’ s income comes from business,child support and wages;54.7%of the elderly’s body The situation is general,and there are not many elderly people who think they are relatively healthy or very healthy;86%of the only-child families participate in the local social basic pension insurance and rural cooperative medical insurance,and fewer single-child families buy commercial insurance;Services needed by senior citizens of families with only children in rural areas during their retirement Canteen facilities,the elderly activity room,daycare center,family service centers and hospital beds.The study also found that the lack of government’s main role in the pension of the only child families in rural areas of Shunde District led to the lagging of policy formulation,the lack of local government financial support,the imperfect construction of the social security system,the high incidence of poverty,and the retirement needs of rural families with only children.Based on this,this article puts forward corresponding suggestions from the perspective of government,society and the one-child families in rural areas. |
