With the growth of economy,people's living standards continue to improve,and the spiritual demand is growing.So the service industry began to grow,and now it has already accepted more and more consumer's favour.Because the knowledge level of people has improved constantly,legal consciousness is becoming more and more popular.More people have realized that the law can be used to protect their legitimate rights and interests in real life,as the result,legal services has developed fast.Now a glut on the legal services industry,it is important to analysis and research the new marketing strategy for the law firm in the fierce competition of the industry.The methods of law firms marketing should be changing according to the social technology.Traditional marketing is in a passive role,the law firms usually wait for the customer,or the way such as acquaintance introduction.The traditional service marketing has some disadvantages.In the era of big data,the development of Internet technology brought good opportunity for service marketing.Law firms can get more customers through the network marketing.The information exchange between firms and customers become more smooth and convenient.In this paper,we have searched the present situation and influence factors of representative law firms' network marketing.Besides,we analyzed the typical environment of the representative law firm,and made the Internet marketing strategy.There is the bottleneck in the legal services market,so it has great significance to find the breakthrough point in the development of law firm.
