Study On The Supervision Of Food Safety In The Circulation Of Grass Roots

Food safety for each unit of society is very important,it relates to our life and health,has become the basic guarantee for us to carry out general business,however,with the progress of technology and development of society,a lot of food industry "innovation" into our lives,poison bean sprouts,tonyred,melamine,drainage oil not only to the event the society caused great trauma,we also had to seriously reflect on so many food safety accidents,there is a big part of the problem in this one,are in the circulation of the supervision is not strict,the process of food circulation in China,long process and high risk,we need to build more food safety supervision mechanism actively,close the loopholes in the circulation,reduce the risk.In this paper,Y city in Sichuan Province as an example,the main research is how to achieve effective supervision of food safety.To sort out the relevant data through literature research,use the research methods of case analysis,starting from the existence of the circulation of food safety problems in Y city of Sichuan Province,the typical problems are put forward,mainly from food operators,regulators and social dimensions of the three categories of twenty-two specific issues.Then through the analysis of the causes of the problems,there are some factors such as the imperfect legal standards,the low quality of the operators,the single supervision mode of the supervision department and the serious lack of social supervision.And through the experience of the linkage mechanism of food safety strict U.S.Food Safety Bill,the EU and Japan’s Food Safety Committee for reference,explore and improve the supervision of China’s circulation of food safety measures,put forward to perfect the system of laws and regulations,establish and improve food safety countermeasures and suggestions to promote the four aspects of the construction and improvement of food safety supervision capacity of society the whole system,and to maximize the protection of food safety and public interests,and promote the healthy development of economy and society.
