Food safety is more important than Mount Tai.Since the reform and opening up,our economy has been developing rapidly,and the people have realized the change from "not enough to eat" to "enough to eat",thus having more sense of gain.To further ensure the happiness of the people,it is necessary to realize the leap from "eating enough" to "eating well".At present,governments at all levels and competent departments have done a lot of work,but also achieved certain results,food safety has been improved compared to the past,but the situation is still grim,KFC "instant chicken" incident,industrial gelatin incident and many other food safety problems occur from time to time,these problems disrupt the market order,damage the rights and interests of consumers at the same time,It has also become a hidden danger that seriously affects the health of the people.Therefore,to strengthen the safety supervision of food circulation,establish a long-term supervision system and mechanism,and create a safe and secure food consumption environment for the people,which not only reflects that the government departments earnestly perform their duties and play their regulatory role,but also further reflects the efforts to protect the safety of people’s lives and property and maintain social stability,and is more conducive to maintaining a good national image.Through the investigation and research of the current situation of food circulation link safety supervision in W County,it is found that most places generally adopt the formation of food safety committee,strengthen law enforcement,strictly investigate and punish food safety cases,unblock consumer complaints channels and other ways to improve the overall level of food circulation link safety supervision.However,in the context of the weak strength of the main body of food safety supervision and the poor effect of social governance,the food circulation link safety supervision process is also faced with many challenges,such as small scale,large number of production enterprises,messy channels for entering and leaving goods,and uneven quality of practitioners.Therefore,it is more urgent to study and improve the safety supervision of food circulation from the perspective of collaborative governance.Taking W County as an example,from the perspective of collaborative governance and combined with practice,this paper expounds the problems existing in the safety supervision of food circulation link,such as the difficulty for government departments to form regulatory forces,the weakness of grassroots supervision,the lack of enthusiasm of market operators to participate in food safety governance,and the inadequate role of social forces in guiding and regulating,and analyzes the reasons for the system mechanism,regulatory resources and participants.Therefore,multi-directional and key countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the safety supervision of food circulation link in W County,which mainly include: From the perspective of collaborative governance,give play to the leading role of the government,improve the professional level of regulatory bodies,improve the laws and regulations related to food safety,and improve the system related to food safety.At the same time,through strengthening the self-management of food operators,improving the construction of industry associations,improve the awareness of food safety of the whole people and other measures to form a good coordination and cooperation between various public management bodies.So as to better meet the social demand for food safety supervision services,protect the rights and interests of consumers,and maximize the public interest.
