| The issue of food safety has always been an important topic for people’s livelihood.In modern society,with the development and progress of science and technology and people’s living standards,food safety problems appear in a variety and complexity of links.The issue of food safety supervision in circulation is an important aspect of food safety problems,and is one of the important regulatory aspects of food safety supervision departments.Food distribution involves the transportation,storage and daily management of food products.At this stage,the lack of expertise of food producers and operators makes it very easy for improper operations to lead to food safety hazards.In addition,the food circulation link involves a wide range of people,scattered,changing environment,the level of supervision of regulatory departments also form a huge challenge.In the face of the new situation and new changes,it is urgent and important to propose accurate and effective measures to solve the problems of food safety supervision in circulation,which is not only related to the social credibility of government departments,but also related to the health and happiness of the people.This thesis takes domestic and international research results as an entry point to summarise and analyse the mature experience and practices of food safety supervision in circulation in advanced regions at home and abroad,to identify effective measures that can be used as reference for the subject of this thesis,and to provide reference for the next step to propose targeted countermeasures to solve the relevant problems.Through the study of the current situation of food safety supervision in circulation in Tangshan District,Xuzhou City,the reasons for the problems of food safety supervision in circulation in Tangshan District,Xuzhou City are analysed and specific suggestions and countermeasures are put forward by applying theories related to public management,such as the literature research method,comparative research method and survey research method.Through field research,data review,interviews and questionnaires,we found that the problems of food safety supervision in circulation in Tongshan District,Xuzhou City are mainly in the following aspects:insufficient supervisory force,low level of supervisory technology,lack of responsibility of supervisors,lack of implementation of the main responsibility of supervisors and lack of social supervision.In view of the reasons for the formation of the problem,on the basis of the advanced experience of other regions,combined with the actual situation and the functions of the supervisory department in Tongshan District,Xuzhou City,specific countermeasures are proposed: strengthening the supervisory force,improving the supervisory system,and increasing the management of supervisory objects.Through this thesis,we can propose solutions for other counties and districts similar to Xuzhou’s Tongshan District to further strengthen food safety supervision in circulation and jointly maintain sustainable and healthy development of food safety. |
