Study On The Spreading Formation Mechanisms From Individual Corruption To Organizational Corruption In The SOE

Nowadays,corruption is happening or have taken place in more and more companies and organizations.The bad effect of individual corruptive behavior is spreading around just like the plague.Organizational corruption becomes more and more common and general in state-owned enterprises(SOE).And the Organizational corruption is more harmful than individual corruption.This article gives out the spreading formation mechanisms of corruption in SOE.,by uniting the theory of collective action study with the institution study.The thesis sets up a "S-5C" diffusion model from individual corruption to organizational corruption in SOE,which including Structure,Confliction,Conception,Conduction,Cognition,and Society Control.First of all,the history of SOE and the SOE reform create the possible for corruption.Second,the compensation system makes the managers in SOE feel unfair.Third,based on the rational analysis,the managers in SOE make the decision of corruption by means of analyzing the costs and incomes of corruption.Forth,the managers applying the social network and unique leadership style make corruption spreading.Fifth,the proper control of society can prevent the spreading of corruption.Finally,based on the above "S-5C" analysis,this thesis put forward some concrete suggestions to prevent the spreading of SOE's corruption.
