An Analysis Of The Influencing Factors Of Migrant Workers' Citizenship

Promoting the urbanization process progress rapidly and smoothly,not only promote China's social and economic development,but also plays an important role on the economic structure of the strategic adjustment.The core of the new urbanization is to promote the urbanization of land to promote the urbanization of population,and to promote the urbanization of migrant workers in an orderly way is the key to urbanization.It is helpful to put forward some policy suggestions for the country to promote the urbanization of migrant workers to study the influencing factors of migrant workers' urbanization.Firstly,finding and reading the domestic study on the influencing factors of migrant workers' urbanization intention.the survey data of 180 migrant workers in Tianjin Binhai New Area were obtained by designing the questionnaire on the influencing factors of migrant workers.Secondly,on the basis of questionnaires and interviews,the descriptive statistical analysis of migrant workers' citizenship willingness is carried out.Through descriptive statistical analysis,we can get that nearly70 percent of the migrant workers have the citizenship willingness,women's citizenship willingness are stronger than men's citizenship willingness,the higher the education degree the greater citizenship willingness of the migrant workers,single worker's citizenship willingness are stronger than that have a spouse,the higher the degree of professional qualification certificates the greater citizenship willingness of the migrant workers,whether there is a homestead in the countryside has little effect on the citizenship willingness,enjoying the distribution of collective income in rural areas affect the citizenship willingness,whether there is a contract in the countryside affect the citizenship willingness,the greater the age the greater citizenship willingness of the migrant workers,the longer the current residence in the town the greater citizenship willingness of the migrant workers,the higher the monthly income the greater citizenship willingness of the migrant workers,the more frequent the number of relatives and friends the greater citizenship willingness of the migrant workers.Then,the Bagging classification model and the Boosting classification model were used to analyze the influencing factors of migrant workers' urbanization intention and the influence of the influencing factors on the urbanization intention of migrant workers was analyzed.The study found that the number of family members who did not move had the greatest degree of influence on the willingness of the people,and the education level,the settlement disorder,the employment situation and the degree of social integration had a significant effect on the urbanization intention.Finally,according to the results of descriptive statistical analysis and empirical analysis,some policy suggestions are put forward to promote the urbanization of migrant workers,including promoting migrant workers family members to move,encouraging migrant workers to re-education,eliminating migrant workers' settlements barrier,improving the employment status of migrant workers and increasing the social integration of migrant workers.
