A Study On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Entrepreneurship Development Of Returning Migrant Workers In G City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has brought new development opportunities for returning hometown workers to start businesses.At the same time,the entrepreneurship of these returnees is also an important driving force for promoting local industrial revitalization and assisting the rural revitalization strategy.Based on this,this study focuses on the group of migrant workers returning home to start businesses in G city.Starting from the current situation and problems of the entrepreneurial development of returning migrant workers in G city,through on-site research,we understand the actual development situation of returning migrant workers’ entrepreneurship,and summarize and organize the internal and external factors that affect entrepreneurial development into four groups: internal advantage factors,internal disadvantage factors,external opportunity factors,and external threat factors.Then,On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model is established,and the influencing factors are evaluated by college experts and successful home-going migrant workers entrepreneurs.The importance of various impact factors is calculated,and the key impact factors are analyzed.Finally,Propose suggestions to promote the entrepreneurial development of returning migrant workers.The article comprehensively uses multiple research methods such as literature visualization analysis,interview method,questionnaire survey method,and hierarchical analysis method.The study found that:(1)“Internal advantage factors” include: the accumulation of a certain amount of venture capital,familiar with the local resources endowment,with a strong entrepreneurial drive,with the spirit of hard-working quality.(2)the internal disadvantage factors include: lower education level,lack of comprehensive entrepreneurial skills,lack of venture capital,lack of awareness of team cooperation.(3)“ External threatening factors ” include: lack of business start-up financing channels,backward product structure,imperfect business start-up guarantee mechanism,unblocked business start-up information dissemination channels,and imperfect business start-up training service system.(d)external opportunities include strong government support,improved market economy,improved infrastructure,favourable natural resources and transport location,and increased choice of human resources.(5)the impact of the four groups on the entrepreneurial development of the returning migrant workers in G City is as follows: internal advantage factors >external threat factors > external opportunity factors > internal disadvantage factors.Therefore,the government should pay more attention to the returning migrant workers themselves when formulating policies,while actively weakening external threats to provide a good external development environment for the returning migrant workers to start their own businesses,more attention should be paid to the individual characteristics and spiritual needs of returning migrant workers,fully releasing the internal advantages of returning migrant workers to start businesses,so as to improve the success rate of returning migrant workers to start businesses,To create a virtuous cycle for the entrepreneurial development of migrant workers returning to their hometowns in G city,and to form a positive interaction with rural revitalization.
