Study On The Influencing Factors Of Public Use Intention Of Chengdu Government WeChat

In recent years,with the rapid development of technology,internet technology constantly makes progress.In order to improve the handling efficiency and service ability of the government,to combine the “internet+” with governmental affairs has already become the important direction of Chinese e-government affairs.The release of WeChat official account in 2012 added a new platform to government affair services for the governmental department.As the important key city in the west,until 2014,WeChat official account platform has gradually attracted the attention of each department in Chengdu municipal government for account registration,including “Chengdu publication”,“Chengdu traffic police”,“Chengdu land tax” and “Chengdu human society bureau”,which have completed certification in this year.Chengdu government sector at all levels hopes to provide more accurate services for the public by combining governmental affairs with WeChat.From the current WeChat reading quantity of various governmental affairs in Chengdu and service situations,relative to other types of WeChat official accounts,Chengdu people actually don't have the high attention on the WeChat of governmental affairs.As the mobile social contact media with the biggest domestic user volume,WeChat provides a new platform for governmental affair services for Chengdu municipal government department.The government issues messages through the WeChat official account and provides governmental services by virtue of WeChat official account platform,hoping to offer the governmental handling efficiency and service ability to the government.Beginning with the public demands of Chengdu,the author studied the public service usage intention influence factors of governmental affair We Chat.In the theoretical foundation,the author systemized the contributions of educational circles on e-government affairs,mobile political affairs,WeChat official accounts and information system.By combining with the situations of practical investigation,the author integrated with the rational behavior theory,fulfillment theory,successful information system model and technical acceptable model and proposed 6 antecedent variables(subjective norms,information demands,convenient demands,information quality,system quality and service quality)and two process variables(perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use).Based on the theoretical foundation,the author put forward the research hypothesis,constructed the conceptual model,and conducted the conceptual operation on latent variables by systemizing literatures on the basis of previous research achievements.Also,the author designed the questionnaire.The questionnaire was granted in an online mode.A total of 579 questionnaires were recycled,including 71 ineffective questionnaires and 508 effective questionnaires.The questionnaire recycling rate was 87%.Moreover,validity and reliability were good.The demonstration firstly used data analysis tool SPSS22.0 for descriptive statistical analysis.Then,by combining with AMOS22.0,the reliability and validity were tested to do the confirmatory factor analysis for the scale.In the end,the structural equation model was used to do correlation and path analysis on the theoretical model,so as to verify the previous research hypothesis and draw a conclusion.Based on the research results,this paper was based on the public demands and proposed the suggestion and countermeasures on improving WeChat intention of governmental affairs for Chengdu people.
