Investigation And Research On The Factors Influencing Migrant Workers' Access To Government Information

The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that socialism with Chinese characteristics should show more powerful vitality.In order to achieve this goal,we can not do without a large group of migrant workers active in urban and rural areas.Aiming at the new generation of migrant workers,this paper starts from two aspects of information demand and access to information,deeply analyses the current situation of migrant workers' access to government information,and probes into whether the information released by the government can meet the needs of migrant workers according to the content and ways of information released by the government according to the survey and statistics.Information needs,as well as access channels related issues.This paper investigates the basic situation and influencing factors of peasant workers' access to information through questionnaire survey.The collected data are edited and processed by EXCEL and SPSS 21.0,and the data are analyzed,so as to understand the current situation of peasant workers' access to government information.Based on Wilson's information behavior model,innovation diffusion theory and technology acceptance model,this paper summarizes and analyses the demand of migrant workers for government information,studies the influencing factors of migrant workers' access to government information channels,and reveals some factors affecting the use of information channels of the new generation of migrant workers and the relationship between these factors.Setting 21 test indicators from five dimensions of individual,task,channel,situation and value,using SPSS statistical software and principal component factor analysis method,four common factors are extracted.According to the test indicators,four corresponding influencing factors are summarized,which are personal factors,situational factors,trust factors and perceived value factors,which are helpful to government departments.Find ways to improve and optimize government information services,so as to help migrant workers solve the problem of effective information vacancy.
