With the rapid economic development in Xinjiang,Xinjiang labor employment levels increase steadily year by year,and the quality of employment is improved subsequently.Employment is the critical path of grassroots workers out of poverty to get rich in Xinjiang,in the course of employment,there is a big difference between ordinary workers and disability workforce,and there are many problems in it,with different regions and economic development levels presented big difference.There is big employment gap between southern and northern in Xinjiang,northern region obvious advantage of employment,employment levels and the quality of southern workers are lower than northern,employment of people with disabilities become more prominent in the southern region.The economic development is relatively lagging in Bazhou Xinjiang,study the employment problem of the disabled in this region has a representative.In this study,the employment of the handicapped in Bazhou Yanqi County as a typical case,the gender,age,ethnicity,level of education,level of disability,type of disability,etc.are considered in the questionnaire designing,on the basis of detailed investigation of the employment for the disabled,statistical analysis was carried out on the employment situation of the disabled by analyzing 251 questionnaires,what is founded is that: First,the majority of minority nationality,the national language is different,has set up the language barrier for the disabled employment;second,employment awareness is weak,employment for the disabled has increased the difficulty;third,low cultural quality,employment training for the disabled and to work position set up barriers;fourth,lower levels of family income;fifth,employment situation is not optimistic;sixth,the demand for funds and credit support is the highest;seventh,lack of vocational skills training,resulting in a higher number of non-employment.On the basis of in-depth analysis of these questions,this paper presents the main recommendations in terms of legal norms,policy support and rehabilitation services to promote the employment of disabled people in Xinjiang: First,actively promote the employment of persons with disabilities to support,play an exemplary role of government departments;second,pay attention to community service strength,rich disabled employment channels;third,the implementation of the protection of disabled persons,strengthen professional skill training;fourth,increase the training for the disabled study coverage,improve overall quality for the disabled;fifth,intensify policy support,promote barrier-free facilities;sixth,the establishment of the disabled rehabilitation engineering,strengthen the competitive power of the employment for disabled persons;seventh,pay attention to public opinion direction,to eliminate social discrimination;eighth,focus on social hot spots,expanding employment channels.In summary,the employment of disabled people is an important part of harmonious society building in Xinjiang,in the process of resolving the problem of employment of persons with disabilities,it is necessary to take measures to promote the upgrading of various regions differentiated levels of employment,strengthening the financial investment to raise awareness of the level of protection on people with disabilities in Xinjiang,and ultimately realize the overall ascension of employment in Xinjiang.
