Max's Notion Of Practical Justice And Its Revelation To The Present

Philosophers of different ages have different theories and different answers for the meaning of justice by different ways.The special aspect of Marx's view of justice is that it embodies the spirit of practical materialism.Now in China,the study of Marx's practical justice is of great significance to the construction of the practice of justice with Chinese characteristics.To this end,this paper summarizes the basic content of Marx's concept of justice in practice,the basic characteristics and the contemporary inspiration.This paper is divided into three parts to research the Marx's conception.The first part expounds the historical development of justice,discussing the East,the West and Marxism justice view.Max's notion of practical justice is a critical way to absorb the reasonable components of the thought of justice in the history of thought,and to study the process of the development of capitalism.Through the analysis,we get the content of Marx's view of practical justice.From the perspective of production struggle and class struggle,we get the content of Marx's view of practical justice.By comparing with other justice theory,we summarize the main features to highlight the main features of Marx's view of practical justice.The third part is based on the practice of contemporary life.We combine Marx's view of justice with the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics to form China's own practical concept of justice.Marx's understanding of justice is based on social practice and practicality is the first point of view of Marx's Theory.The innovation of this paper includes the following points.First of all,this article interprets justice from the perspective of social production struggle and social class struggle,which avoiding the direct description of the content of practice justice.Secondly,by comparing with other scholars' theory of justice,this paper summarizes the characteristics of Marx's view of justice,and further studies Marx's view of practical justice.Finally,we build a practical justice concept with Chinese characteristics to provide theoretical power for the development of the Chinese nation.
