Comprehensive governing party is an inevitable requirement of the new great project of party construction,and advances the strategy of "four comprehensive" layout is the key,is to manage and supervise cadre,requires the whole party must use up and down the most resolute attitude,the most decisive measures to refresh bureaucracy,construction of the party and state organs party building the new normal.The full and strict governance of the party will have a profound impact on all aspects of society.The young civil servant group,as civil servant,is the main force in the future of civil servants,and its development is about the development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation.The healthy development of the young civil servant is not without the proper professional values.This paper mainly discusses the current situation of comprehensive governing party horizon,young civil servants career values,the main factors influencing the young civil servants career values concluded that the comprehensive governing party horizon,young civil servants career values higher occupational identity,but work enthusiasm affected;There is a higher career ideal,but there is a greater gap in career reality;The professional ideal is firm,but the specialty is not effective;Identify the dominant values,but choose to diversify your career value orientation;The pursuit of attractive professional treatment,but has a certain gap with reality;We look forward to equality and harmonious human relations,but we will be more successful in our professional exchanges.There are noble professional ethics,but the resistance to the bad wind is not strong enough for six basic realities.In the comprehensive governing party horizon,the main factors influencing the young civil
