A Study On The Service Of Socias Work In Y Pention Institutions

With the increasing of the elderly population in China,the aging society is becoming more and more serious.China the aging society,the elderly for pension and health care demand has become urgent needs,but also on the psychological and mental needs in the equally important,is the common demand for the elderly to "keep" and "medicine",to provide "one-stop" services for the elderly medical care demand but,in the current psychological and spiritual needs as well as the lack of.Faced with this demand,it is necessary to have the support of the human,professional services for the elderly.Social worker is one of the important service professionals in the service for the aged.It is an urgent problem that how to meet the demand of "medical" and "support" to provide the non physiological services for the elderly.To solve this problem,we need to study the effectiveness and shortcomings of the social work in the pension institutions in the field of social work.This paper is mainly through the field in practice and literature,questionnaire and interview,understand the social pension policy,current situation,research focus,and understand the field to participate in social services,find the advantages and disadvantages of the social workers in these areas as well as the cause of the problem.The results show that although the social pension service system is developing rapidly,there are still some problems such as structuralimbalance,lack of talents and the separation of medical service and so on.To solve these problems,we need to promote the development of pension services through the government and the society.The research shows that the social work plays an important role in the pension service model.Professional services through a series of professional activities,case work,group work provides spiritual care for the elderly,emotional support,old growth and a series of traditional medical service and nursing care services can not provide the spirit of the non physiological level of mind.But there are still many problems to be solved.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the social work intervention from three aspects: orientation,recognition and local professional training.
