In the current society,the form of aging is becoming more and more serious,and the corresponding social pension problems emerge in endlessly.The traditional pension service model can't meet the needs of the elderly.People need to explore innovative and diversified pension service model.Among them,the old-age service model of medical and nursing integration emerged in this context.In addition to providing basic services such as life care,cultural entertainment,medical services such as disease diagnosis and treatment,psychological consolation and rehabilitation training are also paid special attention to.Old-age care institutions and medical institutions have developed independently for a long time.In the process of implementing the combination of medical care and maintenance,how to effectively integrate and coordinate the operation of the two institutions is not an overnight achievement.Social work,as a linker,can be a lubricant for coordinating the operation of pension institutions and medical institutions.The intervention of social work can optimize the integration of the service resources of the old-age institutions and medical institutions,so as to provide maximum services for the elderly.At the same time,social work as a linker,in the process of resource integration,can more clearly understand the dilemma and problems of the integrated medical care service model for the aged,and can provide useful perspective analysis and relevant suggestions for its development.Accordingly,on the basis of discussing and analyzing the current situation and constraints of the development of medical-maintenance-based pension institutions in Qingdao,this paper focuses on the role,advantages,current situation and problems of social work intervention.According to the practical operation of social work intervention,this paper analyses the problems and puts forward the social work intervention-medical-maintenance-based pension institutions from three aspects of government,society and institutions.Relevant suggestions and Countermeasures to promote more scholars and social workers to understand this field,and further promote the scope and content of social work in the service of health care combined with old-age care.
