Research On Social Work Intervention In The Old-age Care Model Of Medical And Nursing Combination

The major economies of the world have collectively entered the stage of demographic dividend extinction,and the era of aging has arrived.Especially in China,the elderly population has increased,the life span of the elderly has prolonged,and the pressure of providing for the aged is unprecedented.As of December 23,2017,China's elderly population over 60 years old is over 230 million,which is the only country in the world with an elderly population over 200 million.According to the statistics of the National Office for Ageing,it is estimated that by 2020,the population of the elderly over 60 will increase to about 255 million people,accounting for about 17.8% of the total population,the elderly will increase to about 29 million people,the elderly living alone and empty nest will increase to about 118 million people,and the elderly dependency ratio will increase to about 28%.Promoting the combination of medical care and old-age care has become an urgent need to improve the quality of old-age services,solve the problems of old people's life in their old age,and promote the old-age industry.The state has also issued relevant policies to encourage a variety of forms of "combination of health care and maintenance".In November 2017,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region approved and approved the first batch of pilot units,including X Town Community Health Service Center and S Community Health Service Center in Hohhot City.This paper chooses X and S communities as the research objects and obtains first-hand information about the operation of the old-age pension model of the combination of X and S communities through field research and interviews.Based on this,the paper is divided into the following chapters to start writing:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad and the main theoretical basis of this paper.The second chapter mainly collates the author's visiting experience,and deduces the basic situation of the integrated medical care and old-age service in Hohhot.In the third chapter,starting from the content of the second chapter,the author summarizes the problems in the development of the integrated medical care and pension services reflected in the interview process.Chapter ? discusses the necessity of social work intervention in the combination of medical care and old-age care,and based on the status quo of X and S communities,designs the intervention program of social workers.Taking X and in Hohhot as examples,this paper studies the current situation of the combined medical care and pension activities in Hohhot.From the perspective of social work,it examines the existing problems in the current activities and the pain points of the participants,summarizes the role of social work in the integrated medical care model,and promotes the further completion of the integrated medical care and pension model goodness.
