“Respect the Capable is the fundamental of a country.”Personnel selection and employment is a key and fundamental issue related to the cause of the Party and the people,it is also a permanently task and perpetual project that need our Party keep wondering and improving.“With the wise is effective,with the fool is disorderly.”Personnel selection and employment's guiding is not only the vane of our Party's cadres work,but also the vane of our inner-party political life,the vane of the Party and government's conduct.Corruption of personnel selection and employment is one of the sources of corruption,and it is the most harmful corruption.Only by correct personnel selection and employment's guiding and the implementation of the personnel selection and employment system,that will form a long-term mechanism for talented people.Xi Jinping's thought of personnel selection and employment is the inheritance and development of Marxism and several generations of central collective leadership of our Party's thought of personnel selection and employment.Deeply study and research Xi Jinping's thought of personnel selection and employment will develop personnel selection and employment of Marxism and the Socialist Theory with Chinese Characteristics.Xi Jinping's thought of personnel selection and employment is also a guide to the selection and employment work in new period,which has great means to establish a scientific and effective,simple and easy personnel selection and employment mechanism,build a contingent of cadres with high quality,cultivate advanced political culture,and create a good political ecology.This paper basis on the existing research,first studied the historical background and the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's thought of personnel selection and employment,then studied the basic content of Xi Jinping's thought of personnel selection and employment,at last studied the main features and value of Xi Jinping's thought of personnel selection and employment.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance,the research review,research ideas and research tools,as well as the innovation and possible problems.The second part analyzes the background and theoretical basis of the formation of Xi Jinping's thought of personnel selection and employment.The third part describes the main content of Xi Jinping's thought of personnel selection and employment,including the personnel selection and employment standards and guidance,the principles and methods,and the education and training of leading cadres.The fourth part describes the main features of Xi Jinping's thought of personnel selection and employment,including the unity of theory and practice,the unity of science and art,the unity of the Party's lead and the respect democracy and the unity of reality and strategy.The fifth part expounds the value and historical significance of Xi Jinping's thought of personnel selection and employment.In theory,Xi Jinping develops personnel selection and employment of Marxism,enrich the Socialist Theory with Chinese Characteristics and guide the personnel selection and employment work of the new period.In practice,Xi Jinping's thought of personnel selection and employment has great means to establish a scientific and effective,simple and easy personnel selection and employment mechanism,build a contingent of cadres with high quality,cultivate advanced political culture,and create a good political ecology.
