Research Training On Party Member's Education In The New Normal

It's been over 30 years since the Reform and Opening-up.China's economy develops fast.Nowadays China is on the joint of the first and second Century Goals.China's economy has stepped into the "new normal" phase and the Reform has entered a deep water zone.The economy keeps growing well.However,as various problems overlap and risks mount,we are still facing grave and complex challenges.How to make use of strategic opportunities and maintain strategic focus in the ever-changing international situation in order to win the development initiative? The point is to construct our Party and the team of ruling backbone and Party members well and powerfully.Since the 18 th National Congress of CPC,the Party Central Committee with President Xi at the core have centralized great undertakings,great projects and great fightings.They bring the "Strenthen Party Self-discipline" into strategic layouts.They made new rules,established new morality and created a new situation.That also solved these prominent problems fundamentally so as to realize the new atmosphere of the Party political life and to assure that the construction of CPC obtains important historic achievements.CPC is a large Party containing 80 million members,so to strenthen the education,training and management of Party members is the primary task of realizing two Century Goals and building its governing foundation.This shows that under the new normal of "Strenthen Party Self-discipline",it is of great significance and influence to deep study the issue of educating the Party member.The author,through literature research,combining the practice of their specific work in education of Party members in the W County of Sichuan Province,analyzes the law and the development of the education of China members of the Communist Party,and the connotation,significance and requirements under the new normal condition.By the way of empirical analysis and questionnaire investigation,the author understands the construction and use of "hardware" teaching resources in the county Party school,agricultural school and vocational technical school in W county,the situation of the various towns,departments and industries(system)using Party distance education terminal site,"farmer evening",the Internet and television teaching platform to carry out the education work,Grasping the "software" problems existing in the current W county,such as the organization and leadership,the protection of people and property and teaching effectiveness evaluation.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of organizational security,content security and system security.On this basis,from the policy,funding,technology,teachers,assessment,supervision and other aspects proposing countermeasuresand suggestions.
