Study On Countermeasures Of Party Member Education In Primary-level Party Organizations Of Offices In The New Era

The primary-level party organizations are the basis of the entire organization and all work of the Communist Party of China,the basis of party leadership and governance,and the basis of the political power of a socialist country.Doing a good job of party member education is the basic responsibility of primary-level party organizations and an important task for strengthening grassroots party building.Because the party and state organs at all levels have an important position and are responsible,the primary-level party organizations of offices have a more special importance.In terms of the promotion of comprehensive and strict governance of the party,modernize the national governance system and governance capabilities,consolidating the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and advancing the realization of great dreams,studying on countermeasures of party member education in primary-level party organizations of offices is valuable and meaningful,in deepening the great project of party building.This study takes the party member education in primary-level party organizations as the research object.It explains the connotation of the primary-level party organizations,grassroots party building and party member education,and sorts out the development process of the party member education and the requirements in the new era.The current research overview on this topic is summarized,by consulting the literature related to the topic in recent years.In order to understand the situation in the W district,questionnaire surveys,interviews,records review,etc.were conducted.Through inspection,the status is generally good,but it still needs to be improved.The specific performance is as follows : The measurement standard emphasizes quantity over quality.The plan is only related to party building and is not closely related to the central work.The abilities and qualities of party officials are uneven.The phenomenon of "data-style" party building still exists.There is a lack of a joint construction mechanism between the primary-level party organizations.The position of the position platform is not accurate,and the role is not enough.It is difficult to refine and quantify the work effect.Formulating improvement measures lacks root cause analysis,answering questions with questions.The purpose of the research problem is to propose solutions and ways to improve the quality of party members ’education,the quality of party members,the organizational power of the party organization,and the combat effectiveness of the organs.Based on the problems identified and the reasons analyzed,there are a few suggestions: focusing on the political function of party member education,establishing the quality standards,improving the basic guarantees,and letting the evaluation and guidance really work.
