The New Generation Of Migrant Workers’ Approval Of Socialist Core Values

The new generation of migrant workers in Chinese has made an outstanding contribution to the city’s building and development,has also become an important force affecting social stability and development.With the change of identity and status of the new generation of migrant workers,their identity of Socialist core values is directly related to this group of ideal and faith,the formation of their positive values.Strengthening the recognition of the new generation of migrant workers to identify Socialist core value,is playing a leading role and integrating function of Socialist core values,help to shape the values of the new generation of migrant workers’ health,and also contribute to the harmonious and stable development of the society.Firstly,the article through to tease out and analyze the relevant literature at home and abroad,define the related concepts such as “new generation of migrant workers”,“value identification” and explore the forming process of the theory of Socialist core values.Secondly,the article based on the new generation of migrant workers as the starting point,construct the value identification model of Socialist core values by using the cognitive identity,emotional identity and behavior identity three dimensions.The cognitive identity selects the cognition of the theory,the identification of the existing values,the identification of the basic function as the secondary index.The emotional identity selects the identity of values which are corresponding to the traditional values,the identity of the value target and value orientation which are satisfy the interests of the masses of the people,the identity of effectiveness as as the secondary index.The behavior identity selects the active practice,aimless practice,constrained practice as the secondary index the secondary index.Lastly,according to the value identification model and using the way of questionnaire,a total of 560 questionnaires were issued to the new generation of migrant workers in Wuwei city,Gansu province.Through analyzing the survey data,it found that the new migrant workers of Wuwei city have a certain awareness to Socialist core value in current,but there are still many problems,such as cognitive identity in deficiency,lacking of emotional identity and behavior identity need to be promoted.The reasons causing these problems are the restrictions of economic and social development in wuwei city,lacking deed of social dimension,the plight of the new generation of migrant workers.According to these problems and reasons and combined with reality situation of Wuwei city,author is putting forward some measures to promote the identity of Socialist core values:the government should innovate the way of publicity and education,and work to have people for target,and Party members and leaders should play model role;the society should broaden the channel of publicity and education,strengthen Humanities care and and play a right guide and oriented role;the new generation of migrant workers themselves should strengthen learning,upgrade political quality,and actively practice the Socialist core values.
