The nonprofit organization leaders plays an important role in the development of non-governmental charity organizations.The decision maker,the manager and the implementer are all indispensable key role in the development of the organization.As the incentive,the modeler,the nurturer,the listener,the organization of volunteer,leaders could develop the rich human resources.As partners,guides,promoters of social activity,the leader could create a good external environment for the development of the organization.The influence of leaders of civil society organizations is mainly lies in the cohesion of leaders' own ideas,the driving force of knowledge ability,the driving force of public action,the integration of all parties,shows the characteristics of organization,non-power,cumulative and more extensive.The sources of influence of the leaders of civil society organizations include two aspects: one is the internal factors such as the thought,intelligence,ability,performance and so on,the other is the external factors such as government,market and society.The influence of the leaders of civil society organizations always have great value.The value of the organization is mainly to enhance the influence of the organization,improve the level of public service and promote the scientific management of the organization.The value of the volunteers is mainly reflected in the infection,Demonstration,guidance and so on;the value of the leader itself is mainly reflected in the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationships,improve work efficiency,enhance the value of life and so on.The main way to realize the long-term influence of the leaders of nonprofit organizations is the systematization of personal influence,which includes setting up a scientific organizational goal,achieving the organization of life goals,creating a healthy organizational culture,achieving personality charm organization,cultivating a unique organizational wisdom,achieving the organization of individual talent and establishing a sound organizational system for the sake of organizes individual will.There are four aspects for the focus of the civil public welfare organization leaders to strengthen their influence.First one is to build a solid ideological foundation for the sake of enhancing the personality appeal.The second is to broaden the scope of knowledge for promoting the learning ability.Third is to enhance the comprehensiveability for strengthening the scientific guidance.The last is to expand public practice for advancing the performance driving force.External factors should be come from the government all-round support,the market bear public responsibility,social support and understanding to support the three aspects of support for civil society leaders leadership building.
