In terms of military logistic support,the traditional military logistics methods can nolonger meet the needs of modern warfare,and oil support playsa vital position in our military logistics.Therefore,it is of great military significance to improve the efficiency of logistics under the information conditions by using the theory of military logistics and scheduling principles and other related theories,as well as making optimization plan of oil distribution scientifically and rationally in wartime.In this paper the situation of fuel dispatch in wartime and the progress of research on related problems at home and abroad as well as some achievements that have been made was introduced fristly,what's more,the problem of vehicle scheduling has been briefly explained.Then,mainly introduces the specific requirements of the formation and the usage of oil depot and the characteristics of fuel protection and the factors that restrict the allocation and the optimization objectives of oil transfer during our army's wartime.Besides,builds the model of attribute vector multi-objective decision problem which based on the safety,economy and timeliness of fuel dispatch route,then determines the loss rate,the supply time window and the choice of best oil.Furthermore the oil distribution model with the time window and the multi-time window and the capacity constraint has been put forward,by adopting the method of multi-objective programming theory combining with the fuel supply requirements under the special environment in wartime.The sequential algorithm is used to solve the problem and the LINGO software is used for programming.Finally,according to a designed case with reference to the established model,which is carried outby using LINGO software as well as sequential algorithm and the optimization results of allocation scheme is received,the validity of the model and its algorithm has been verified.This essay is extracted from the actual work,and the feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified in the oil transfer work.The results of the paper can not only be useedin the fuel allocation in the wartime,but canalsobeused in the emergency supplies and wartime ammunitionin the earthquake relief and other non-military operations,and it has a certain reference significance in the emergency conditions of material transfer.
