With the rapid development of Internet and the popularity of smart phone terminal,today's time has marched into the Internet plus and the mobile Internet era.The Internet brings the technological changes and the industrial revolution.At the same time,it also deeply affects people's mode of production,life style,aggregation methods and ideas.Young people,as the main users of the Internet and a society's most dynamic goup,is more profoundly influenced by the Internet.The Communist Youth League(CYL),as an important link for the Party and the government to contact the youth,only using the traditional approach of administrative mobilization and offline activities has been unable to adapt to the youth work in the Internet age.Only setting up the Internet plus thinking,and using the Internet to find the youth,contact the youth,and serve the youth,the Youth League can achieve the vast majority of young people's organizational coverage and work coverage.This paper,combining with the advantages of long-term work in the CYL,around the four basic functions of the CYL “organize,guide,serve,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of young people”,adopts literature research,deep observation method,case analysis,and questionnaire investigation.With the aid of Zhang zhanbo,an associate professor at ?The mobile Internet marketing: from the age of 4P to 4D time?and with the aid of enterprise to meet the challenges of the Internet model,this paper analyzes the "Internet plus" challenges and opportunities brought to the CYL work and dissects the influence of "Internet plus" age on Youth League organizations working mode.Thus,this paper makes the new exploration of innovation of CYL working mode in the "Internet plus" era.
