Challenges And Solutions Of The Communist Youth League In Internet Age

The rapid development of internet influences all areas of the society deeply. As the most vigorous power of the whole society, the youths are the pioneer and subject of Chinese netizens. As they are inevitably influenced by the internet, their thinking styles, behaviors patterns, mental development, values and ideology have got new changes.This paper mainly uses participant observation method, questionnaire method, methods of interviews, case study, etc. to have a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of youths on internet using, and also the positive and negative effect brought by internet on youths'growth. This paper concluded several obvious features of youths, analyzing the challenges and chances for youths brought by the Internet age. This paper lists several relative solutions in terms of the youths'development requirement, for building a Communist Youth League cadres contingent that suits the Internet age, attempting to eliminate the negative effect brought by the network, making use of advantages of network to promote the creation of work of the Communist Youth League. This paper is a research on application, providing examples and suggestions for practical operation, hoping it's useful for the Communist Youth League organization and worker on youths.
