In today's world of democracy,voters directly elected by district state representative organs to exercise state functions.Grassroots people's congress electoral system in our country,the people's congress elected directly by the voters,district as a unit of direct election of NPC,the reasonable division,is conducive to protect the rights of the election of voters.This article mainly wrote the grassroots people's congress direct election system of redistricting research,mainly divided into five most of the content.The first part is the preface part,the chapter mainly introduced the selected topic background,the main thesis research methods and the value of the selected topic.The second part of redistricting system,basic content,basic principles,theoretical types of classification standard and procedure of redistricting.The third part mainly wrote the grassroots people's congress direct election system of redistricting origin and evolution,and sums up the practice of our country's current system of redistricting.The fourth part mainly wrote the grassroots people's congress direct election system of redistricting of subject,object,procedure and supervision mechanism and legal relief way four levels of defects.Through the detail of defect,the fifth part suggest perfecting at the corresponding level,there will be a corresponding specific system design.
