With the rapid development of the Internet,the network has become a very important part in people's daily life.When people enjoy the benefits of rapid Internet,their legitimate rights and interests is also affected by various challenges brought by the development of the new era,which is one of the typical side of network tort.With the development of electronic information technology,the Internet users could get a variety of overwhelming information conveniently.At the same time,the advertising industry has entered the field of Internet advertising network and formed a new means of publicity.The Internet has become another epitome of social life.The network advertisement infringement are increasing.And the study on network advertisement has become one of the main academic content of jurisprudence.From the the problems reflected by Wei Zexi case,this article includes following parts.Firstly,it determines the concept of online advertising and the legal status of the subject.Secondly,it elaborates the network advertisement market development and regulation of Internet advertising market,in order to point out the root of chaos.Thirdly,it focuses on the key of network advertising regulation,namely the review obligation of the network service platform,that analyses from its absence,necessity and legal principle.Finally,it designs the network advertisement legal system.It actively promotes the legislative work to establish the network advertisement examination system,strengthens social supervision and self-discipline and clears that network advertising should bear the responsibility of illegal.The author hold the view that network service platform should deal with their own related services provided by the relevant advertising or not as a breakthrough point,and put forward some suggestions how to improve the regulation of online advertising system.
