The Research Of Township Government Trust For Farmers

Trust has very important significance for the existence and development of human society.In the whole system of trust,social trust is the moral code of communication between people.Protecting social trust is a kind of security measures to ensure that people living a harmonious situation.And the normal operation of a society will need a certain degree of government trust,trust in government is the core of social trust system,it will directly affect the stability of the whole social trust system.At the same time,the political legitimacy is an important part of the government's trust,whether it can maintain a healthy development,is directly related to the political legitimacy of solid and the government administrative efficiency.Therefore,to maintain good government trust is vital.Government trust reflects the relationship between the government and the public,the public policy on government and its words and deeds,approval and acceptance.Public higher degree of trust to the government to expand government influence and authority,improve the efficiency of government management,and promote social benign operation and coordinated development plays an important role.Township goverment as a grassroots regime in China,the most widely contact with farmers,for the most of the rural administrative affairs and social management affairs,for the stability of the rural grassroots organizations and has an important role in the development of rural economy,is the starting point of the implementation of national policy,has the vital role in the whole administrative system,and how to improve,improve farmers'confidence in the township government,strengthen the authority of the township government,improve the level of agricultural modernization has important practical significance.On the other hand,government trust is never in the abstract,it must have some bearing,appears in the existence of the specific,the government trust has both the public's trust in the government sector as a whole,including people's trust in the government agencies in the administrative personnel and the trust of the output to government agencies,public policy institutions of trust.Therefore,this article according to the need of study to take the villages and towns government trust is divided into three types:trust in administrative personnel,for the government as well as to the township government formulate or implement the trust of the public policy.In this study,in Jiangsu Province,Changzhou City,were selected(Sunan),Taizhou(Soviet Union),Suqian City(northern Jiangsu)as the three research areas from culturalism and institutionalism perspective,to analyze the status of the villages and towns government trust,influence factors and the causes.Research shows that in the development of our country's economy,the farmers' presents the downward trend,trust in the villages and towns government are mainly present inversion "trust" in the villages and towns government trust pattern which farmers compared to the more trust in the central government of villages and towns government;The villages and towns social trust present preface-structure;The villagers' political participation indifference,etc.By using statistical analysis software,using factor analysis and regression analysis method,analyzes the related factors influencing the township government trust.Then,respectively from the aspects of economy,politics,public service and cultural specific analysis the cause of the villages and towns government trust status,and in view of the above reasons,a series of Suggestions were put forward,in order to improve the farmers for the villages and towns government trust.
