Study On The Safety Protection Of The Elderly Living Alone In The City With The Social Work Intervention

With the aging of the population in our country,the security of the elderly has become the focus of social attention.And the safety protection of elderly people living alone in the city has become the focus of our country's aging work.In today's society,because of learning,work,marriage and other reasons,leaving their parents in the family,the elderly,if coupled with the partner's departure,the security will be more easy to ignore.Due to the poor economic conditions,the elderly living alone,and most of them are not health care workers,minor ailments,serious illness is dragged,elderly sudden death the malignant event common occurance.Therefore,this study mainly focuses on the problem of safety protection for elderly people living alone in the city,analyzes the causes of the problems,and takes the methods and skills of group work to intervene and improve.This study first conducted a survey of 30 elderly people living alone in the J community in Nanjing city by a questionnaire survey,to understand the status of the safety protection of elderly people living alone in the J community.Survey showed that the J community elderly people living alone security issues are mainly concentrated in the security awareness is weak,resource access is not in place,as well as social support network is not perfect and so on.Analysis shows that the causes of these problems are mainly focused on four aspects of individual,community,social organization and government.To this end,the author of J elderly community elderly security issues analysis,formulating group intervention program,working group to determine the content,select the appropriate working group intervention model,on the whole process of practice have a more complete display and analysis,then the service process to assess the effect,established to investigate the assessment team,on the team of professional training.In the whole group after intervention,the intervention of group work carried out summary and reflection,and further analysis of the social workers involved in the problems existing in the process and put forward the urban elderly living alone justify the intervention of the ideas and suggestions.To carry out the "ice breaking trip","meaning of safety protection","health I see","safety skills","into the community" five group activities and evaluation for the group effect,can find professional methods of group work in the urban oldest old alone safety protection effect is obvious,mainly in the improvement of old people security awareness,actively to learn the knowledge and skills of safety door and take the initiative to integrate into the community.Finally the author of group intervention process and the effect of reflection,the working group for the safety problem of the urban elderly living alone alleviate have a role,but several times the team activities and can not completely solve the problem,which has yet to be to do further research and exploration in the future.In summary,the urban elderly living alone is we should really care and love group,their security should become the focus of our attention,safety protection of the elderly living alone,put forward reasonable intervention program for the elderly population,especially the high age of elderly people living alone is of great significance.Under the background of China's delayed retirement,the safety protection of elderly people living alone should be highly valued,and it is the most important feature of the socialist country with Chinese characteristics.
