Since the founding of the party,our country has paida lot of attention to carry out anti-corruption work.Especially in recent years, the Central Committee is making great efforts to carry out a series of anti-corruption construction work, also requiring enterprises to carry out the clean and honest cultural construction work and the anti-corruption construction work. The enterprises play an irreplaceable role in the development of the national economy, and China has formulated and issued a number of provisions on the honest work of enterprise leaders. However, in the enterprises of our country, the behaviorswhichviolate the law still oftenappear, causinga lot of negative impactswhichis very bad for our society.Themore serious thing is that thesebehaviorsevencause the loss of state-owned assets, resulting in the interests of the state suffering losses. Thus, China’s enterprises are in urgent need of promoting the construction of the clean and honest culture, in accordance with the development situation of enterprises, in order to enhance the effectiveness of enterprises anti-corruption, and to achieve the healthy development of enterprises.In the background of that various regions of ourcountryarespeeding up the exploration of enterpriseclean and honest culture construction, Dongguan is walking in the forefront of the times. Dongguan has made a series of solid and effective work in aspect of enterprise clean and honest culture construction, and has achieved initial results.Its’ practicesare also worthy other areas of our country to learn. Therefore, this paperstarts with the case of enterprise clean and honest culture construction in Dongguan,anduses the "5W2H" modeanalysismethodtoresearchthe reason, content, position, time, subject,measures, effects of its enterprise clean and honest culture construction.And finally, we put forward the suggestions to further promote the clean and honest culture construction in enterprises.
