Research On The Irrational Phenomenon Of Network Groups In The Governance Of Virtual Society

This paper from the network group phenomenon background and influence of harm,reference to domestic and foreign research results of network governance and group phenomenon and experience,combined with the network group recent social hot events in speech and behavior,through the observation and analysis of induction and qualitative,think in different hot events in network group showed prominent irrational "incitement and confrontation" "deception and profit" and "ignorance and bigotry" three forms;group classification mainly includes the instigators of violence,deception,ignorance,bigotry profit by it blindly and without stakeholders;core power and the ultimate goal and puts forward the group phenomenon is competition and identity;many problems is a reaction over there at the present stage summary of the government management,the two is the lack of attention,the three is the result of the experience to deal with and the lack of means of improper disposal.Finally,through the analysis of the causes and background,in the perspective of social multi governance,puts forward some suggestions for improvement from multiple dimensions of government,industry and society,groups,and points out that the network group irrational phenomenon,regulatory areas need coordination,regulations and technical support of government and industry,the fundamental solution is to promote the social and moral education,and civil thoughts grow perfect.
