Research On Network Security Supervision In Virtual Society Governance

People's social behavior in the Internet and the resulting network of relationships,constitute a virtual society.Virtual society as a new social relations,the relevant governance model has not yet fully formed,the legitimate rights and interests of the virtual social protection of participants and the network against criminal acts,has become an urgent need to solve social problems.In our country,the public security organ assumes the duty of safeguarding the network order and protecting the legitimate interests of the state and citizens from the illegal infringement in the comprehensive management of the virtual society.Virtual society because of its virtual existence,and governance measures must only rely on the real world,to the network regulatory work has brought many difficulties.The criminal form and means of network crime are changing constantly,which makes the situation of network supervision become more and more serious.On the virtual social governance,domestic theoretical research on its small,and the specific operational is not strong.In the underdeveloped areas of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the grass-roots public security organs are lagged behind the developed regions in terms of concepts,awareness,funding,establishment,technology,equipment and other factors,and there is no relevant research in this field at present.In this paper,the practical significance and the present situation of the development of virtual society governance network security supervision are introduced.Taking Hechi City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example,this paper analyzes the practical experience and shortcomings of network security supervision in recent years.By referring to the United States,France,Singapore,Government,government intervention,the implementation of the network of real-name system,restrictions on foreign capital to enter and other measures to analyze,combined with the reform of public security police in the Sichuan Province,China and the United States,the United States and the United States,This paper puts forward the thought of network security supervision of virtual social governance in Hechi City from the aspects of perfecting rules and regulations,constructing departmental linkage mechanism,optimizing the network security early warning mechanism,supervising team construction and combating cybercrime.With the less developed areas of grass-roots public security organs to give reference.
