To achieve an ideal performance, it needs to maintain longitudinal control pattern and the horizontal coordination’s effective link and balance.Rule of law should be involved as a foundation and a displine in all procedures of virtual society governance, which means to adjust the relationship among multiple governing subjects of virtual society governance, to regulate governing policy and governaning act. The key is to make sure of scientific legislation, implementing law by law, legislative justice, and the law being abided by not only the citizens but also the government.
