Research On The Construction Of The CPC Conduct And Of A Clean Government In Rural Grassroots Under The New Normal

The construction of the CPC conduct and of a clean government in rural grassroots,is the guarantee for a close relationship between the Party and the people,is the guarantee for the rural reformation and development.With the rapid economic and social development in rural area,new situations and new problems have turned out,and the current policy is no longer suitable for the construction of the CPC conduct and of a clean government.Under the new normal of building a well-off society and enforcing strict Party discipline,analysis of mutual problems and their causes,making precise suggestions,improving the rural development,are important subjects for the whole society.Based on study of policy of the CPC conduct and of a clean government in Yongjia,study of cadres corruption cases,field research of problems that people pay most importance to,this paper analyzes mutual problems and their causes in rural area.To improve the construction of the CPC conduct and of a clean government in rural grassroots,five suggestions are presented: catching the few but key cadres,letting the problems guide the way,making policies based on reality,protecting the benefits of people.Meanwhile,based on interviews,this paper presents some suggestions in the field of team construction,honesty education,improvement of managing village affaires,improvement of monitoring village affaires,and dealing with cadres corruption.Some of the suggestions,such as setting up monitoring committees for village affaires and improving honesty education based on local culture,follow the principle of enforcing strict Party discipline,meet the rural requirements,reflect remarkable explorative,innovative and operable characteristics.It is hoped that the work of this paper would improve the construction of the CPC conduct and of a clean government in rural grassroots in Yongjia,and would have reference value for Wenzhou and other similar areas.
