Policy Network Analysis Of The College Students' Entrepreneurship In Example Of Nanjing

Conform to the new round of technological revolution and the wave of industrial change,China is accelerating the pace of entrepreneurship and innovation.The whole social entrepreneurial atmosphere is unusually hot.The employment of college students is related to the stability of society,the development of the economy.President Xi stressed the importance of entrepreneurship in several important meetings,the whole society should attach importance to them.Nanjing as a national important science and technology innovation center,has strong technical resources,which makes Nanjing accumulated in innovation driven restructuring and development.Because of the mass of innovation and entrepreneurial advantage,Nanjing attracts more and more college students to start a business.With the development of the Nanjing college students' entrepreneurship,interaction between the central government and the Nanjing government,Nanjing college students,experts is improving Nanjing college students'entrepreneurship policies.It is mainly focused on the entrepreneurship policy in Nanjing to develop the process,with the policy network theory as the theoretical basis.It is based on the policy network model of Rhodes,trying to analysis Nanjing college students,entrepreneurship policy network and it clarifies the interactive relation between the various actors and interactions of policy network.Through the interaction between actors,starting from the Nanjing college students'entrepreneurship policy,it analyses the complex relationship between the central government and the Nanjing government,as well as universities,media,experts and scholars.On this basis,it studies the impact of the policy interaction on policy formulation,and finally tries to put forward some suggestions for improvement.The results show that:(1)The Nanjing college students' entrepreneurial policy network is a process of policy network.In the process of making policy,it involves the interaction of many subjects from top to bottom.(2)Nanjing college students' entrepreneurial policy network is an interactive and dynamic structure.The interaction between the different actors in the policy network presents different forms in different periods,and the policy results will react to the interaction between the actors.(3)The interaction between the action subjects in the Nanjing college students' entrepreneurship policy network has an impact on the results of the Nanjing college students' Entrepreneurship policy.Only through the cooperation and alliance,the actors can achieve the integration of interests,which can influence the formulation of policies through the interaction between them.
