A Research About Livestock Farming Pollution Controlling Based On Social Network Analysis

Rural Environmental Governance is the one of major issue in rural and continued development,it is about agricultural development capacity,relations farmers faster income growth,the rural harmony and stability.In the background of China's economy into the new normal and hard constraints of environmental resources,growing environmental problems in rural areas have become a hot issue in the field of government and academic circles.Currently,the research focus on engineering and technology,macroeconomic policies and mode of governance,while ignoring the actors and rural environmental problems in the relationship.It is the characteristics of rural environment that public goods properties,social internal basis difference and participation main body diversity,resulting in environmental governance performance of government mode at a discount greatly.Therefore,the framework of rural social relationship of various actors in rural environmental governance and the relationship between the mechanism is particularly important from a micro perspective.The paper bases on the theory of social network and governance,then combines with the characteristics Chinese rural "rural society",to build environmental governance framework from the perspective of social networks.The paper selects the typical J village as the research object,to explore the problem of environmental governance participation behavior from the stakeholders of environmental pollution,in which dynamic change of governance,social relations,the predicament is directly affected stakeholders participation behavior and action results.In order to study the effects of relationship of actors and their interaction,using social network method to analyze social network tool type,emotion type and mixed type three network of J village network scale,the relationship between composition and resources,at the same time from the centricity index quantitative determination of who is in the "network center" and voice control.Based on the analysis of J village farming social network,the paper summarizes J village characteristics and changes of the social network,emphatically analyzes how social networks influence actors behavior strategy through relationship and then select breeding pollution control action.Then overview elite how to affect the behavior of other actors,so as to play an authoritative role in pollution control,and explain interpretation of the positive and negative functions of networks and the elite individual in environmental governance.Finally,based on the perspective of social network and governance put forward suggestions of J village farming pollution,which deal with social networks in rural areas,standardizing and guiding the interests of elite groups and coordination of multiple subjects demand.
