Research On Cooperative Governance Mechanism Of Rural Human Settlement Environment Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

This study selected the cooperative governance mechanism of rural human settlements in F Town,T County,Guizhou Province as the research object.Starting with the existing cooperative governance work of human settlements in F Town,this study investigated the current cooperative governance of human settlements in F Town by using literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,to understand the current situation and mechanism operation of the cooperative governance of rural human settlements in this town,and found the relevant problems of the cooperative governance mechanism,The causes of the problems were examined and analyzed,and suggestions were explored to further improve the cooperative governance mechanism of rural human settlements in F Town.Specifically,this paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the elaboration of research background,research purpose and significance,research summary,research methods and ideas.The second part defines the definition and theoretical basis of cooperative governance mechanism of rural human settlements in this paper,mainly including social capital,rural human settlements,cooperative governance mechanism and other basic concepts.The theoretical basis includes cooperative governance theory and collective action theory,forming the "system subject process result" analysis framework of cooperative governance mechanism in this paper.The third part introduces the basic situation of F Town through field research and visits,and understands the operation status of the cooperative governance mechanism of rural human settlements in F Town from the analytical framework of "system subject process result",and uses research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview to understand the achievements and limitations in the cooperative governance process.The fourth part is to analyze the problems of the cooperative governance mechanism of rural human settlements in F Town,and find out its problems in four aspects:institutional environment,subject participation,fit process,and cooperation results around the analytical framework.The fifth part deeply analyzes the problems in the previous chapter.According to the analysis framework,it analyzes the inducements of the problems in the four aspects of institutional environment,subject participation,fit process and cooperation results.The sixth part is based on the previous article,closely around the analysis framework,and puts forward suggestions for improving the cooperative governance mechanism.The seventh part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research ideas of the full text,and takes the cooperative governance of rural human settlements as an opportunity to promote the development of the cooperative community and extend the cooperative governance toother areas of rural governance.
