Research On The Subject Of Guangdong Judicial Identification

As the important part of safeguard judicial justice,judicial identification plays an important role in the process of constructing a harmonious society in our country,and plays a special role.In the activities of judicial authentication,judicial identification as the main executor of judicial authentication activities has become the core factor to ensure judicial justice.Based on this,combined with the practical experience and relevant theory,special study on Guangdong judicial identification subject model put forward.Based on the current situation of Guangdong judicial identification subject,taking law and system,management,identification organization and personnel of four factors as main study,combined with public administration theories,the relevant literature and empirical study.Firstly,explore the main existing problems of Guangdong judicial identification subject.Secondly,summarizes and concludes the advanced experience of judicial identification subject to USA,British,France and Australia and other countries.Finally,combined these experiences with the actual situation of Guangdong judicial identification subject,put forward that can be from " set up executive/social judicial identification department separately","establish a unified management system of judicial appraiser" and "establish more functional industry association" three aspects,to improve the subject mode of Guangdong judicial identification.Related argument proposed in this research,besides has the certain instruction function to the Guangdong provincial appraisal of subject reformation practice,also has some reference significance for the subject reform of judicial identification in other areas of China.
